Q:Out of curiosity, why don't you like John Hurt?

He did an episode of Who Do You Think You Are? and he was the BIGGEST sore loser when he found out he wasn’t Irish and he was just sort of unpleasant throughout. I happened to be complaining about that episode of WDYTYA today with my mum.

So, that one impression of him has bothered me enough to make my first reaction to him be “Eugh. Christ.”

I will admit it’s unfair.

But there it is.

I honestly think Martha’s my favourite new Who companion. I just love her sense of humour and calling the Doctor out on his dickish behaviour. 

This is so bloody true. Martha is my number one companion.

I used to be a Martha hater but I WAS SO WRONG SHE’S AMAZING.

So I’d just like to formally apologize to Martha Jones-Smith. Officially. The hate is over. I take it all back. ilu.

Live in Portland?

If anyone does happen to live in Portland, Oregon, I would appreciate it if you could confirm the reported theft and sale of my design by Unikoideas. 

According to an anonymous source, my design is being sold at Powell’s Books and at the Portland Saturday Market.

If anyone could confirm that this is indeed the case, I would be very grateful.

I will offer rewards in the form of original sketches or discount codes or signed prints. You pick one. If you can confirm that this is indeed going on.

THE FINAL DAY

This is the last day before the a good chunk of the fandom is gonna be pissed.

If we find out the Doctor’s name, people will be upset. If we don’t, a whole other bunch of people will be upset.

God forbid someone gets kissed.

I think it’s pretty safe to say that no matter what happens in The Name of the Doctor, a lot of people are going to be upset.

So in these last hours, let’s all just treasure this moment of peace. And when the episode airs, I can only hope that we can all get along amicably. Opinions will be flying left, right and centre, so let’s try not to maim anyone or freak the fuck out on anyone who disagrees with your personal opinion.

So let’s regroup.

Okay so new contact lenses are great, but whenever I look at the computer screen (or other things that are close) my eyes go bleerrrfffff nope and unfocus.
